First time cooking tofu. It wasn’t bad. Wife didn’t fire me. But I tried :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
Thai coconut curry tofu with bells and cilantro lime rice.

Minnie should be thankful she’s missing tofu and cilantro. Tofu has zero flavor, so it probably picked up the flavor of soap. Yum.

I was hoping for more of a creamy yellow curry but it didn’t work out that way. Too much sweet chili paste. But it wasn’t bad. I don’t mind tofu once an awhile especially in curries.

@Dazercat Wow Eric!! I am seeing alot of ur foodie posts just now and I can’t even believe what I’m seeing! Everything from ur trip looks AMAZING and I bet it tasted even better! I’m so glad that u got to experience all this (sober at that). Really amazing to see the beautifully played food!

Roasted chicken breast cut up like for a child (haha), and leftover quinoa and brown rice, broccoli and mushroom gravy. This meal was so satisfying after a day that just wasn’t great.

Looks like you all have been having a tofu cook off! It all looks great! And firm. I cooked it for years and quit because it kept falling apart. I think last year you all told me to get firm tofu. Most likely I was. I love tofu.
Lots of nice food posted
@Dazercat , “Where’s the beef”?? Meaning the sauerkraut! I do not even see it! Pastrami looks yum though.
Bon appetit everyone
