Mesero
Blackened salmon tacos, corn, chili aioli masero slaw and I subbed 2 different beans.

And the avocado tomatillo sauce was the best.
The queso never stood a chance. Hence no pic.

Saturday pizza. Got some special pizza flour and also a tin of pizza sauce rather than just tinned tomatoes.

Tell me your thoughts on using the pizza flour. I’ve been considering buying some. (Pizza looks great!)

I think I’ll get it again, although if I can’t find it I would be happy enough with the strong bread flour. The dough did feel lovely to work with. And my son was getting in on the act too which is nice!

LOL  SORRY!!! But thank you  I use this brand sometimes, too. I find that I have to taste every can I open because the spiciness can vary a lot.

Applebees. We tried their pretzel bread. I wasn’t a huge fan. It was just alright but my chicken was great as always.

Right!? Sign me up!
And Scotland is on my bucket list as I’d love to visit the land that my mum’s side came from. My kiddo promised to take me when he grows up

Don’t worry. We’ll give you a heads up, and probably send a few special requests from the pics above! :yum:

And yep, @Salty, it’s on my list too, as I have ancestry from there on Dad’s side. Heck, my last name is a village in Scotland! This does not mean I succeeded at Highland Dance. Nope. I’m more of a random jumper. Mom accepted defeat and got me a skipping rope and new bike, lol.

But I’m not waiting 'til yer kid grows up to go to Scotland! :joy:
