So those are kind of “fig leave” vegetables?

I hope it doesn’t sound strange in English.:grimacing:

Im sorry I don’t know what you mean…?

Finally, I found a kind of porridge, which I’m allowed to eat at the moment.

Oat milk, erythrit, oat bran, egg yolk cooked together and then beaten egg white to make it fluffy.

It is so good with cinnamon.

But I can’t wait to eat overnight oats again.

You put the vegetables into the meal to give it a healthier touch.

I hope that’s better.

Hot damn!! I would have tore those up :joy: I’m doing low sugar at the moment because I’ve been binging it when I do have something sweet and then I feel like shit. I’m excited for your food postings. You always go to the fancy places

I invested in a grass fed fillet steak and have split it three ways, each with the toppings of our choice. :yum:

The Ivy Market Grill

Sticking to traditional British food.
The Ivy Shepherd’s Pie
Slow braised lamb and beef, with cheddar mash, rosemary and red wine sauce.
Side of cream spinach.

Certainly did not look like your traditional shepherds pie. But it was delicious :yum:

Strawberry ice cream with pistachios and a white chocolate sauce.

Now I’m never a fan of white chocolate. But they did this right. The weaker white chocolate sauce didn’t over power the strawberry ice cream and made for a wonderful surprise and a great desert.

I’ve been obsessing over cutting my wraps into pinwheels lately and had to try it today. What fun! And also a tactic to increase mindfulness in my eating habits, slow it down and savor. This has lite cream cheese, Dijon mustard, thin sliced red onion and cucumber, low sodium turkey and iceberg lettuce. Hummus and red pepper on the side.

A home cooked meal by my good friend Julie.

Veggie lasagna.
Followed by an Apple crumble with plenty of custard for her American friend.

It was so sweet of her to have me over for a meal.
