Killed it and throw the packaging away at the carwash. It was made with lot of dried squid… So it had protein Crazy texture, crispy and chewy, sweet and salty.

No news here. I am thinking about some list of cheese I have to try. I stick to what I already like. Hard cheese. Tomme. Comté. Cantal. Old cheddar. Everything that is old.
Think I might still try some Roquefort. So many different cheese options here.

As you can see I’m doing the sugar thing while on vacation. It was a good 8 month run.
We got to quit telling people it’s our 40th anniversary because then we got this.
And I still don’t know what those things in our room are @Runningfree maybe we’ll get to it tomorrow.
Tomorrow we do a lot of walking.
I wanted an easy breakfast for dinner and of course I made it a bit more complicated But not too bad. I had a little bit of Mexican chorizo to pair with scrambled eggs but felt like we needed some veg, so I included red bell pepper, grape tomatoes, scallions and baby greens. Topped with queso fresco and served with guacamole.

I have no idea how many days this has been going on for but I’ve been mixing up my oatmeal with my sesame seeds by accident! I noticed a sesame seed in my teeth after my breakfast and thought “how on earth did that get there?” @Twizzlers You’re not the only one!
Working from home today as I’m pretty congested and want to keep my germs at home.
Mixed some old fashioned rolled oats, plain whey protein, and soaked in hot water for a few minutes. Stirred in sunflower seed butter, added a splash of vanilla unsweetened cashew/almond protein milk and topped with roasted pumpkin seeds & tamari almonds
