That looks delicious @RosaCanDo , I think you aren’t that crazy with jalapeños a lot of the time so that’s good you use the jalapeños. I made some of this with pineapple last weekend, I like to use either mango or pineapple never just plain because I like it so much better with the mango or pineapple. I use frozen of each. It’s high-quality and good. And you can hardly have anything more nutritious. It’s pretty with what looks like the orange bell pepper you have in there.

I love creating CORN(clean out refrigerator night). There are apps out there where you can plug in random stuff that you have in your fridge/pantry and BAM! It gives you a recipe!

Sorry, it was a late dinner last night after my fella’s night meeting with Korea. I should have eaten on my own earlier but lesson learned at least! Hangry doesn’t look good on me. The jalapeños lost their flavor and spice with the pineapple! I was surprised. When I tasted it fresh I could really taste them and I liked it. But later on not much jalapeño flavor. Weird!

Basically I threw everything together that was in my fridge and had to be eaten. Veggies, onion, potatoes and sausage and a ton of spices :drooling_face:

Roasted some veg that needed to be used up, and added to leftover fresh pasta with a touch of creamy sauce. Had a few shrimp with cocktail seafood sauce on the side

miso sesame glazed sweet potato, turmeric, charred onion, snap pea, portobello, avocado, hemp seed, cilantro pumpkin seed pesto. Tofu added.

Adaptogenic Tulsi Tea
holy basil, ginger, honey
The tea was really good.
