Foodies Unite #7(trigger warning food) GNOC, GNOC, GNOCCHI ON HEAVEN'S DOOR!

No idea what I’m doing with this. It’s yellow bell peppers, onions, and tomato cooking down with a little olive oil. But i guess I’ll figure something out with it

Also making cabbage

Very random cooking day. But I’ve been missing veggies so i started there today

Edit. I added garlic and ground beef, and it turned into this :yum:

I toasted the last of the Chelsea buns for breakfast. Will definitely make more as my son really likes them.

The first batch of kimchi I made in February was so good and we’ve finished it already so I made a new batch. Before it was ready I bought a little tin and I really didn’t enjoy it. Spoiled by the homemade stuff! @Planipennia

Finally a lunch at home I can feel healthy about.

Oats w/ strawberries, bananas and honey, non fat milk. Ezekiel muf with peanut butter and honey. And drinking a ginger turmeric lean green iced tea.

Spring is in the air, so I made a summery supper. Baby back ribs, cottage cheese and a watermelon arugula salad.

Is this a special container for fermentation? It seems so, because of the different openings.

My grandma always said: Hot and spicy meals help when you caught a cold. So to honor my grandma and her endless knowledge of traditional remedies I cooked this noodle pot with spicy red curry paste, clams, shrimp, cuttlefish, lots of young garlic and big old onions. Green topping is cutted pak choi.

it was incredibly delicious and now I’m sweating

I’ve never had cuttlefish! Is it similar taste/texture as squid?

We call them calamari, like in Italy

It’s different than octopus. Octopus has to be frozen and hammered before cooking

I don’t know which one is called how in English
