It think it’s a texture thing with mushrooms and avocados. I like them. But not in and on anything. Sautéed button mushrooms in butter and wine with a steak heavenly. On pizza or in an omelette not so much. But I could eat it.

I like the spicy and hot combo especially in my jerky.

My leftover mushrooms that didn’t get put on the pie will be sautéed with butter and salt and pepper. Heaven!

It’s actually a pretty simple recipe.
Bought the cheese raviolis at the Safeway
Brown a pound of burger.
Add S and P, garlic powder, and oregano.
Then a 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes.
Fold in cooked raviolis and mozzarella pearls and fresh basil and put it under the broiler for a bit.

Lettuces, greens, fresh peaches, olive oil, cranberry pear vinegar, yes, I like!
These are sticker 4044 and they are just as good as the 4038.
