My bank card wouldn’t work today as the system was down right when I wanted to go grocery shopping so I had to use what I had at home already (which was quite a lot!)
This is pasta with Polish sausage and tomato sauce and salad with Parmesan cheese hiding it all. It was pretty tasty though.
I think I might do this for dinner!
Extra lean ground beef skillet. With taters, bells, onion, poblano, garlic, and tomatoes and Lacinato kale
When your parents grow enough food for 10 families and mama hands you a 10 pound bag of squash.
I have no idea what to do with the rest of those but they’re pretty good.
They are great cut in half lengthwise and thrown on the grill with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. It’s a great side dish. Simple, fast, delicious.
Tired, edgy, hot! Thankful for leftovers.

Clean out the fridge after family visit mac and cheese with chopped chicken, leftover chili-type dish, extra red beans, frozen peas and carrots and cilantro. Does the trick.
Still missing some kitchen utensils but I made it work! I am also still learning how to air fry tofu to my liking and I got closer today. I stir fried garlic, ginger, onions, green beans, green cabbage, bell peppers, julienne carrots peeled and cut the hard way, mushrooms, cilantro. Added a peanut based curry sauce with chili paste and thin rice noodles. Topped with crushed peanuts, sriracha and cilantro. Plenty of lime juice. Oh man, this is so tasty!
Aw, I forgot the green onions to put on top! Oh well, there are leftovers!
I’m sure you put them into the next delicious dish
