Foodies Unite #7(trigger warning food) GNOC, GNOC, GNOCCHI ON HEAVEN'S DOOR!

Eggs with cheese and fruit with yogurt. I have really been on a fruit with yogurt kick. I’ve had a bowl of this every day for the past like 5 days :woman_shrugging:t2:

Tell me about it. I’m using that sugar free vanilla stuff. I guess it’s the season. And my Sprouts have good product. Let’s see how it’s working out in the winter

My appetite has been really low since I’ve been back from my brother’s funeral. Anxiety & grief are impacting it for sure. It’s also easy to get into that old unhealthy/disordered thinking: that I’m liking seeing that number on the scale go down. Trying though, to fuel my body somewhat and set a good example for kiddo. So when I got home from work, I grabbed a piece of cheese, some cashews, and a fresh peach. Then made kiddo and me supper.
Greek-marinated grilled chicken breast, Lundberg wild rice blend, and freezer burned green beans

I’m glad you’re fueling yourself as much as you can right now. (I’d eat those green beans, too!) Hugs :people_hugging:

Mmmm, halloumi. So yummy & salty! Looks great.

Halloumi makes me think of our old forum friend, @Hailstrom. He’s the one who got me into it! If not had it before that. Miss ya, buddy!

Thank you. I love a true Greek salad. The ones without all the lettuce. I like the other kind too.

Oh and here’s my one & only supper meal out during my trip. Lobster mac & cheese (shells) with spinach salad. The other supper meals were things like cheese, yogurt, fruit/veg, boiled eggs, etc I picked up from store for hotel mini fridge

Thinking about you during this hard time of sorrow… …it IS nice to be able to have the mini fridge for healthy go-to(s) like you had… glad you are trying to eat more when your heartache wants you to eat less. Big hugs for your hurt.

Cantaloupe, Texas Pecos, sticker number 4050, So Good! I had quit eating cantaloupe or any melon for the last many number of years because just not good… whereas in Europe they are always wonderful it seems… these are consistently 1000% wonderful! Tomatoes, Cucumber…

Greek yogurt ( 0% fat) and peaches

I have stopped putting olive oil on my salads a lot of the time because preferring to put it on the yogurt…so good… ( not in this pic)

Bon appetit everyone

Brunch was a bagel with light cream cheese, turkey deli meat and local tomato. Simple and lovely. But I really need to get to the grocery store ASAP! The fridge is looking very sparse. Not to mention avoiding organizing my kitchen :flushed:
