We have an upright freezer in the basement and we borrowed a small freezer for the garrageâŠwe were going to wait and do a bigger batch, but room was getting pretty sparse

Made a baked chocolate cheesecake. I decided to try something new for crust. Normally I crush up whole grain digestive-type biscuits in the food processor. This time I tried using some peanut butter filled pretzel bites in processor. Mixed with melted butter and baked springform pan before adding my cheesecake batter. Made for a messy crust, but the salty/savoury peanut butter crumb pairs well with the chocolate
