Not gonna lie…I’m pretty proud of getting the steak rare like that on the grill! Had to get it onto indirect heat after the initial sear and keep the temp fairly low…this while watching a kid and cooking everything else had me a little on the timing. But…everything went swimmingly!
Oh! AND……
….I’m pretty proud of the kid too

Friend of mine cooked this. It is called “Anti-inflammatory” because it has salmon, lemon, leeks, asparagus… it was delicious.
