Foods or Supplements that help with cravings

Has anyone got any personnel recommendations for any foods aloe supplements that help with craving? Forgot to mention for alcohol

Fruits, my personal favourites are apples and grapes they seem to help the most for me

What James said. Plus I drank copious amounts of coffee at first then moved on to sparkling water. I’ve always got a bottle handy. Loads of flavours to choose from.

Yes, red grapes all day!

Supplements: B Complex is notoriously essential. It helps with mood and energy. Vitamin C for depression and overall immunity, of course. Calcium and magnesium before bed can aid in sleep. Alcohol leeches so many beneficial nutrients from our bodies.

L-Glutamine and Glutathione are both amino acid supplements which have to shown to aid in decreasing cravings.

For me, ive always had coffee or hot tea. Something about the warmth calms me and my thoughts. Food wise, ill eat anything under the sun.

Depends on what the craving is for, I think. But you can never go wrong with fiber-rich fruit
