I love horses, I’ve been riding them for almost 2 years. I can’t explain it, but my relationship with horses has brought me so much joy, it’s like a secret form of therapy. Being with a horse makes it so hard to even consider other things, to get overwhelmed or over think, to panic and do something stupid- really, horses being in my life has changed it for the better. There’s an inexplicable feeling of peace and love everytime I come near these big animals, and having a connection to the horse I lease is such a beautiful experience. It isn’t cheap, no, but neither is therapy, and horses have done more to help me mentally than therapy ever did.

I dont own any horses but have ridden them many many years ago
