That’s great!!! First few days seem more difficult than I imagined. I hit day 4 today too! I agree about making it through the weekend.
I live next door to my favorite pub, fortunately work 3rd shift now. But they cut us loose from work at midnight on Saturday. I walked right by, despite my friends inside having a pint with laughter.
This forum and app are super helpful.

Great! Go on! After 3 weeks the worst is over. Start sports soon as possible. Helps stabilize you. Also relaxation methods.
