Best friend: Honestly, since my best friend died a few years ago, I’ve been struggling to find someone like that…so, I’m not sure.

Best friend…hmmmm.
I don’t really have one, but I have a few close ones that are good for different reasons and purposes. I get close to people who come and go - I’ve got a few who live in NYC who have stuck by me since high school, though we aren’t in touch all the time and probably see each other a couple times a year, at best.

I feel ya. It’s been a strange couple of years here. I’m sorry for your loss. I can’t even imagine…

Honestly, it’s my go-to most nights. Tonight is a bit different, as my downstairs neighbor is being CRAZY loud.

He knows I’ll win that battle though. I’ve got giant guitar amps and a huge stereo that sounds great blasting death metal at 9:00 a.m.
