@Jasty2 I saw Fabelman this week. It’s loosely based on Steven Spielberg’s life. Great movie. The sound track didn’t blast my eardrums, so that’s a win. I wear ear plugs to movies now.

I’m not really doing anything this friday. Cleaned the apartment, ordered food and now chilling on the couch until I fall asleep.
Still a slight pain in my right shoulder but a lot better than the last days, so no workout today.
I want to become stronger but I also have to take care.
This body isn’t (yet) used to lifting weights so baby steps.

Friday report 
I was cooking and eating some asian food for lunch, then I napped and chilled the whole afternoon.
Just enjoyed myself hanging around in silence.
Had a brilliant swim workout tonight,
battling a bit with some guys 
My new short fins are much softer and lighter, they work very ergonomic and it’s pushing me much more forward. Crazy shit 
(lost one of my old ones in the atlantic on holiday, so I needed new ones)
Had a little soup as late-night dinner.
The question if my head will be sober on the pillow, does not arise. It will!
Clean head, clean mind.

I’m snuggled in lazy boy chair in basement after a pasta supper. Had biopsies of spot on face & thigh, so it’s a tiny bit sore and I’m content to be cozy under a blanket 
About to watch Wednesday. I think we have two episodes left. Then I guess next on the list to watch is latest season of Walking Dead that just came out on Netflix. So many zombie noises

Same here, comfy in the basement with fake fireplace on and belly full watching The Venture Bros. in our case. Irreverent cartoon from Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim that we were obsessed with when it came out. Spoof of old school Johnny Quest cartoons. Goofy stuff! We have had a marathon over the last week or so because of course we own the entire series on DVD A nice, relaxed night.

A productive day at work. Socialized with co workers and all. Went to my folks to pick up Boscoe and ended up talking with them for an hour. Hurried home to make a healthy dinner. Then off to an old fashioned speaker meeting. Just got home and its time to relax 
i see some comfy pjs and catching up on the threads in my future
