Glad it’s Friday. Took my bike out for a while since the weather is pretty decent tonight and stopped at the gym. Always feel so much better after working out. Wife had a long week too and wasn’t feeling all that hot, so she crashed out in bed already. Kids are here just hanging out in they’re rooms, so it’s just me and the dogs laying around now watching college football. It’s cool I’m content with that though. Gonna wake up nice and early and hangover free. Hope you all have a great relaxing Friday.

Just finishing up a productive day off with an old time speaker mtg. Gave Boscoe a lil ceasars dinner because he’s a spoiled sob. Making a healthy late dinner of baked chicken and brocolli.
Im just so fucking greatful im an alcoholic because without all my previous trials and tribulations i wouldnt be here now feeling real joy and being that annoyingly happy person.

I just left work and am home on the couch watching Severance. I have the next three days off and plan to do so much relaxing. Good food, books and some excursions out will fill my next few days off. Happy sober holidays all.

Friday again! Were did the week go?
The 6th is a holiday here so it’s nice and quiet. I enjoy the repeat of the New Year’s Concert of the Vienna Philharmonic Orcestra on TV, beautiful music and pictures as every year 
Looking forward to having lunch with a friend, we are having steak 
As it’s sunny I guess we will spend the afternoon either in the garden or going for a walk.
In the evening there’s a comedian on TV I really like and always laugh my ass off. I hope I’m not too tired to watch her.

Feliz viernes mis amigos/happy Friday friends! I have had shit for sleep this week but I am grateful for waking up stupidly groggy at 9 am after 3.5 hours sleep! Hooray for me!!! (Zero sarcasm here) I have grocery shopping to accomplish first thing, then brave some colder temps to walk Miss Lupe and then cook some lovely Mexican albóndigas with broth and lots of veggies. No plans tonight other than to stay warm and spend time with my husband, maybe do some knitting. I love chill Fridays!

I just had a lovely morning with too much coffee and just enough books. Now off to work for my evening shift before I start my weekend. I’ve picked up an extra overtime half shift tomorrow and am working toward my “debt free in 2023” goal. After work tomorrow pizza will be eaten. Happy sober weekend folks.

Welp, the day is getting away from me so I’ll stick with creative leftovers for dinner. I’m making my first ever beef stock with some soup bones I found so the broth tomorrow should be extra tasty. I also found giant deals on bulk meats that I couldn’t pass up, but that means I have to divide portions up, package and freeze instead of cooking albóndigas. That’s okay though, I love a stocked freezer!

Spent the day out walking with the wife, came home had some very nice food and are settling down to do some coop gaming. Very very relaxed. Hope everybody is fighting the good fight and spending their Friday doing something they actually like.
Remember drinking or using because it’s Friday is the shittest excuse ever. Not worth it. You’ll still be doing it come Monday morning then what’s the excuse? Get to it. Enjoy your evening in your own terms

Got home from work, I slept like absolute shit last and ended up at the gym at 3:30 this morning before work, so Im kinda tired, don’t really feel like moving off the couch right now. Our son’s home for a while so him and the wife are doing seafood which I don’t eat. And the other two are going to a friend’s house for pizza, so your"s truly is on his own for dinner 
. @HoofHearted we’re doing a movie too. My son wants to watch a new one called the menu. I never even heard of it and he picks the weirdest shit sometimes, so I’m not all that hopeful. Let me know if any of you all seen it yet.
