I realized that the reason I was bleary eyed when I sent the above was that I didn’t get my normal evening coffee. I was never out of bluetooth distance of my computer at all for um lots of hours. Nothing tk do with that.nope.
Ok. I love Ryan Reynolds but have a personal vendetta against Michael Bay.
Conflicted right now. 
Maybe if I get lucky, I will be able to leave work for the day twice on Friday. Lol

Had hoped to make a meeting tonight…needing one something fierce…but life circumstances got in the way, and I’m home by myself with my children. Ugh. Finding it hard to get out of the hamster wheel in my mind. Perhaps a beth and something on Netflix…IDK.

When I wake up spinning in my mind like that, I use the serenity prayer as a mantra for 5-10 minutes. That usually does the trick to calm my useless anxiety.
