Just had a sober dinner with my best friend. Heading home to put on my jammies and chill with my hubby. It’s been a long work week. Ready to be done for the night.
Wife and daughter are pretty sick still so im trying to hold down the fort. I rode zwift last night for a bit and my chest was super tight with a pretty easy effort so im taking the night off
Sounds good actually. It is freezing here with a lot of wind, but walked to have a pear and beet salad and bouillabaisse for dinner. Getting ready to walk home and crawl in the bed to binge watch something.
I know what you mean. I was racing the Bologna stage in the Tour de Zwift and could not catch my breath. Too much drainage in there. Hopefully everyone in your household comes through the sickness quickly.
Yesterday it was 73 and today freezing with a chance of snow tomorrow. Enough to make you sick. Not sure if I am riding outside tomorrow. I am going to see how it is in the morning before venturing out.

Reading the Big Book whilst this goofy bird tries to eat it. Just got internet back - big ice storm here knocked it out all afternoon/evening.
