Tough week for some, especially after the incident at the Capitol the other day. I hope everyone is doing okay. I am having another solid week and looking forward to weekend plans with family.
As the weekend approaches, let us know how you are doing? If good, fantastic. If struggling, hang in and keep fighting for a better day. Lots of support on here. Talk to us if needed.

I’m super excited to not cook tonight and also not order take out or pizza because dinner is in the crockpot! Simple pleasures. I slept 4 hours this morning catching up and it was glorious. Just hanging out with my little fam here as usual and maybe finish a book. Happy sober weekend folks! We’ve got this!

TGIF is all I can say about this week! It’s been a crazy busy week with work and the business I feel like I’m drowning sometimes. Tonight I have dinner plans so that should be fun. I can’t wait to get out and interact with other adults.

Work today and a meeting with my therapist this afternoon. Battling some serious anxiety over my daughter. She’s struggling to do life. We’re working on getting her some help. For this weekend I plan to take all my Christmas decor down as long as I don’t end up paralyzed by anxiety and in bed. It’s been a rough week.

I bought myself a chocolate bar for the first time in probably a decade. I’ve had chocolate in that time period, obviously, but just never went out of my way to buy one for myself.
Big, fancy one. Dark. 95% cacao. Rich, bitter, magnificent. Ate it slooooowly.
