Yes! Me too. What are some of your favorites? I love Hitchcock films, Rear Window and North by Northwest are favorites, but I also love Danny Kaye films and Bringing Up Baby, Arsenic and Old Lace, His Girl Friday, I could go on and on!

I am doing well also. It was a good day at work and I have a little time off coming.

Awesome. Love the name “staystrong”. I use that saying a lot. Any plans for the time off. I had 2 off days this week and spent it with family doing very little other than just being present. It was nice. The time slowed down and seemed longer than it was. Not like when I used to binge my way through and then wonder, where did the time go or what did I do? Enjoy

I’ll have to work a little every morning (remotely) but should be off by 9am or so all of next week. We’re building a house so the rest if the day will be consumed with that. I’ll definitely be busy.

Another Friday. Picked up this puzzle for my little guy so it’s going to be a pretty wild weekend :joy: We’ll see how he does with 208 pieces. Going to have a memorial for bunny too  Six more hours of work until my weekend starts. Have a good one, peeps

Wrapping up work in the next hour, maybe 30 min.

I am going to listen to my favorite Fleetwood Mac album, one of my favorite all-time albums, actually, while I stretch and do some yoga.

Then eat my dinner and watch Full Metal Jacket. Kubrick is my favorite director and it dawned on me last night that I haven’t watch FMJ in probably 4 or 5 years. So doing that.

Bar of extra dark chocolate for a treat. Usually go for the 97% but this is all they had. Been doing this on Fridays for a few weeks now. Trying to learn to be ok with some wiggle room. A bar of dark chocolate a week won’t kill me, especially with how attentive I am to what I put in my body. Plus it’s real/unsweetened, so only 2g of sugar – added sugar being one of the things I keep to a minimum. The high fat levels, I’m cool with. Thats just the cocoa butter. Real dark chocolate is a very “safe” treat, from a nutrition perspective. Half today, half tomorrow.

I have also made “friends” (I think?) with this couple in Montréal who do small-scale livestreams throughout the week…usually 10-25 people tuning in at a time. The woman does special effects makeup and masks etc, so usually it’s watching that stuff get put together and her bf films it/reads the comment feed. Really cool stuff to watch.
It’s neat to be able to interact that way and since I pop in regularly, they know who I am, and vice versa. There have been times where I’m the only one there and we just shoot the breeze. Friday night stream is always super fun so I’ll be on that later.

Woot woot!! It’s my birthday weekend! I’m loving my Friday in the kitchen. Spent the morning making a special lunch, and I just finished making the meat blend for meatballs. Now I’m about to start the sauce. Working with a marinara I made this fall from garden tomatoes. Spaghetti and meatballs tonight!
