You know i try very hard and have great intentions but i always seem to mess up. Just lost money on gambling and it’s so frustrating as i I know better at this stage then to go near a bookmakers! I need to put more effort into recovery, being sober is not enough.

I often equate gambling to knowingly setting my money on fire. It’s not designed for you to win…

Hey have you checked out some meetings? GA is useful I have heard. Also Google books on gambling addiction. Get some traction going, surround yourself with recovery, just the intention won’t keep you sober my friend.
