Future two

I was wondering for myself after reading about this ‘tool’ to form a sentence about yourself in future 2 to give it more power in the present time:

So, will I have lived/been like this or that. Will I have done this or that.
I really need to think about it and I already discovered that, wow, it’s kind of scary for me to form such a sentence.

This is interesting to me - can you give a hypothetical example?

I will have been someone who was caring and not judgmental.

I think I need to start smaller. That’s a huge goal. See, by typing this I am immediately faced with the status quo.

For me I think:
I will have been an integrated version of myself, open and honest, less secretive.

Edited to change “I will be” to “I will have been”.

I see. I will have my health and wellness as a priority instead of always putting others’ needs before my own.

These are all awesome. Except for the judgementality one - not saying it’s not important ofc tho I would like to challenge you do apply something I know for myself from writing: it is as important to know what you don’t want as to know what you do want, sometimes more important. How does that feel? And then ofc focus on yourself and dont stay w what is not for you.

I will have been someone who has done what was necessary for herself.

Edit: it might also work better w positive statements rather than saying what you will not have been like? Just a thought.
