Im so proud of myself instead if sitting in my garden (which was a bit of a mess ) drinking ignoring the mess & drinking more ! Ive actually done hours gardening !! It looks 100percent better ! May only be a little achievement but im proud ! The husband has rang saying when he gets home shall we have drinks while its a nice day ! Still not told him im not drinking mention my health so he thinks im doing it to lose weight ! He also wasnt going to drink this weekend to get healthy ! I just said no thank you ! Or come on the usual i said no thanks ! In the past drinks results to arguing him storming out to pubs friends all night ! Let see what this evening brings !! Im determined more than ever not to let this poison ruin my life ! Longggg post just need to vent and the support is always here !! Enjoy ur evening

I am going for day one today I am in Scotland so the weather is a cloudy typical Scottish weather was planning a bike ride but lost all my get up and go gone 
just done some mindfulness there and it really does work I was sober for 6 years after a 7 month stunt in rehab in hollond I really hope I can find myself again Scotland sucks but I started with joining this today and feel quite positive hope you do too big pat on the back for the garden:+1:
Gardening is such a productive and meditative activity…good for you! I hope you won’t be sore later! Stay strong with the husband. Nice weather doesn’t change the shame and guilt and bad decisions and fighting and hangovers that ‘a few drinks’ brings with it. 
was at my hotel again today they are starting outside weddings so im getting new shrubs and bedding in keeps me busy . Even had time to get my front cut aswell and plants going in keeps this old guy fit
