In 5 hours. I will have 4 days clean …today for my Sobriety I want to give thanks to everyone who reached out Friday night I wanted to end my life i wanted peace. I really never felt like I mattered to anyone but that night I had strangers reaching out to me …so thank you for that I’m grateful soon to be day 4 clean thanks to everyone on the app

Don’t you ever forget that and if you do, please do come back hear to remind yourself. I’ve had those thoughts as well you’d be surprised how many ppl have but they’re just not true okay. It’s your mind playing tricks. So very proud of you for having the courage to fight another day! Life is tough but I promise you are tougher. So much can change in 24 hrs. Allow yourself the time for those changes to occur and remember to remind yourself, not today.

You are doing great with your clean time and I am so grateful that you did come here to post when you needed help and were met with love and kindness. This is a wonderful community full of people who understand the struggle and are able to provide support even from a far.
