That’s the key right there. As Yoda-Stevie and others here wisely share: all you have to do is not drink the only drink that matters - the first drink. If there’s no first drink, there can be no fourth or 20th.

You’re walking a habit path that has lots of use - so it’s very familiar. You’re working on a new path now. Take this as a time of learning.
