I have been in an emotional tornado since Christmas eve morning and got a real Mike Tyson punch this morning that took everything out of me that was left emotionally and spiritually. When I think I can take a step, I have the rug ripped out from underneath me. Feeling this hurt and pain is so different when I am not blinded by self pity and selfcenteredness. It just feels really lonely at times.
Iâm still sober bc yall have shown me by example that no matter what we donât pick up. We face life on lifes terms. We will get by, we will survive.
