How many times did I even relapsed? I don’t remember. I’m feeling really disappointed in myself. Feels like I’m not even trying.
@ConfettiGhost like @Steve92 said, it might be hard to stop on your own. Here’s a link I just found that has free or sliding scale rehab centers in each state http://www.freerehabcenters.org/. They have a number where you can call and talk to a counselor. Might be good to check it out. May be some other resources there that they can tell you about. Best to you!
