Good evening!
Well had an awesome Christmas dinner with my family, was ask to have a few but I said no to the alcohol 
this is pretty hard when your an alcoholic man I been drinking every weekend and on the binge for like 3 or 4 days the most don’t know why I’m doing this to myself, I just want to cut down on my drinking or stop. But proud to say no to it tonight now to say good night
