August 24, I tried to take my life with medication. It didnt work, clearly, and i was sent to a rehab. 16 days into the stay, I relapsed. Ive been clean both SH and OD ever since.
I got out on October 9th and im still finding everything hard

I can only imagine you finding everything tough now, you having been through some real lows and fresh out of rehab. Is there something specific we can do to support you?
