I’ve been in treatment for 72 days feeling a little grouped out from all the groups but I’m going into IOP next week this is HUGE for me a really big accomplishment from where I began. I was the guy in treatment that therapist were worried if I would make it or not, but I stayed and pushed my way working towards the life I know I deserve and I’m so proud of myself for doing that never would I think I’d still be here sober

Congrats on showing up for yourself! Be sure to hit meetings on the outside. Identify your support network and have accountability partners. Dont test your sobriety if you dont have to. Protect your days sober like its your baby. Beautiful things come from sobriety. We can recover with intention and positive action

Amazing work. I did 7 weeks of PHP followed by a month of IOP earlier this year. We are FIGHTERS. You will come out of this a changed person. So incredibly proud of you, my friend.

You are so very lucky I begged for inpatient treatment. They refused me and then two weeks later had the audacity to ask if I wanted to go into inpatient!
