Has anyone ever experienced a seizure due to withdrawal?

I have not experienced that. Would recommend seeing a doctor as it does sound like a serious side effect. Be safe

Did you have a history of seizures before drinking/withdrawals?
Withdrawal seizures can be life threatening. Definitely need to seek medical assistance ASAP. Not sure where you’re located but there are often 24/7 nurse support lines that you can call and get advice from a nurse on duty.

I was taken by ambulance to the hospital and stayed 7 days. I am now in 1 on 1 therapy along with small group therapy. 3 days a week will be in therapy. The seizures were so scary. The MRI showed several spots where my brain was permanently altered from the seizures.
