I used to write general gratitude lists before I learned about Amplify, Anchor and Receive. This has been an awesome practice that continues to surprise me! Thought I’d share with you all and if you feel like posting your lists in this thread then I welcome them.
Amplify - list 3-5 things you did right that day (if doing in the morning, list things from the previous day)
Anchor - list 3-5 things you are grateful for
Receive - list 3-5 things you are ready to receive more of, or welcome into your life.
Amplify: I came home safely from the hospital and feeling confident. I took care of myself by eating a good meal and talking with my little brother on a phone.
Anchor: I’m grateful I have a flat and all the basic necessities. Grateful for having friends and not having cravings.
Receive: I’m working on to gain more self-confidence and inner strenght to fight all my demons. I’m welcoming more sober days in my life.
