I want to share the name from this great book I’ve read. In English it’s called “Sober diaries” written by Clare Pooley. She also has her own sober blogs wich is great to follow. It’s a big motivation for me in my sober struggle.

On page 110 right now. Love it. There’s a lot of humour in it also which definitely helps and I can definitely identify with her. Will read her blog once I’ve finished the book
