24 days vape and ciggs free

I really do feel healthier. I can feel the difference. I’m less congested which helps in the morning when I wake up. I can breath better. My breath actually doesn’t smell like wet nicotine which was freaking me out for quite a while

It’s worth it

Long time, no see. Just got home from Walmart setting up my quit kit. Loaded up sweets and salts and tons of water. Once again I’m not letting the household know. It helps me to believe I’m getting something over on them as well as avoid the eye rolls of yeah you said that before. Today is my last day as a smoker. Reinforcing that…TODAY IS MY LAST DAY AS A SMOKER!

I’m on day 28 no vapes or cigs
I used 4mg gum and 4mg lozenges then cut down to 4mg lozenges then cut down to 2mg lozenges all over the course of 28 days. It’s been expensive and a battle with myself but today I decided to put down the the 2mg lozenges so I’m down to regular breath mints now. Today is the first evening of 0mg of nicotine

Let’s see how I do

After many attempts to quit! One year ago this morning stuck!

I still have cravings, not often. Most of the time they pass as quick as they came. Sometimes they tempt me.

Its been the hardest one for me to quit!
