Saw the surgeon today and i was cleared for chest and arms but have to hold off on back and legs for 4 more weeks… everyday is chest and arms, like most young males :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :rofl:

Absolutely gotta love the t-shirt / tank top trainers! All show muscles and no go muscles and Legs like toothpicks!

I don’t worry others in a gym, but 20s were all arms and chest lol

Papa’s girl. :heart_eyes::paw_prints: It’s funny when they get used to the clanking noises and large things moving. My wee one was scared at first, now they don’t bat an eye. Only when I do yoga she always creeps on the mat.

I’m currently a 20s boy in the gym then :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: , pulled a hamstring muscle last week so no beloved leg day for me atm. :see_no_evil: Luckily it’s not a bad strain.

I’m currently working on an 80 day work out program, with a 6 day/week schedule. …I also didn’t expect to work this evening and was planning on doing my workout this afternoon. But they needed me to work straight through, so I had a 10 hour shift and put in 21,500 steps. After work, that stupid little voice in the back of my head was like, “It’s Friday, you worked hard, go pick some stuff up. Just enough for tonight, you earned it.” …so instead I came home and did my 50 minute leg work out. :leg: Crushed it!

Weekly cut phase weigh-in status: at the close of week 7/12 I’m down to 195.0 lbs. That makes 20.6 lbs lost with most muscle mass remaining in tact and big 3 exercises strength continuing to increase. Not quite at the 1,000 lb club yet but I’m creeping up on it. 5 more weeks of cut then a month of maintenance primer and a bulk early summer. Have a wonderful day peeps.

No pic but i got a little heavier benching yesterday. Today i did some back work for the first time since surgery. Tomorrow i plan on some light squatting (like only the bar light). Back to work on Tuesday.

Tmrw being Monday, I have made a decision to get back at my exercise routine and eating better. I had been doing so well but then I got that head cold (which took away any motivation I had). I have been feeling much better for like a week or so but just trying to get that energy back for it. I decided to try for exercise 3 days a week (my usual weight lifting and cardio). I think I overdid it earlier. I tend to do that. Push myself TOO much and not allow my body time to rest. So I will weigh myself tmrw (yikes!) and then do my workout :muscle:

Chest day on sobriety day 297 and midway through cut phase week 9/12. Really starting to see the results of this cut at this point. Get after it folks!
