Someone had the 7.5s so I grabbed the 10s. First time ever. Gotta love those bent over rows. Getting good definition around back, arms and shoulders. Yeah!!

Did some really light deadlifting today, a few sets at 185ā€¦ weā€™ll see how much swelling i get from that. Slowly but surely getting back into it.

I donā€™t know why my trainers are pushing so many burpees lately. Today- ninja burpees, half burpees, full chest to ground burpees, weighted burpees :sweat_smile: and that wasnā€™t even the whole workout :joy:

Weekly weigh in at the end of week 9/12 in this cut phase. Down to 193.4 lbs. A total of 22.2 lbs lost over 9 weeks. Squat and deadlift continue to hold strength and stamina with continued improvement occurring on my bench through the cut. Not quite in the 1,000 pound club but getting close. 3 weeks to go in the cut with a current goal of 190 or less by the end. Keep up the grind!

Squatted again today went up to 305 and decided that was enough for nowā€¦ hernia repair feels pretty good though. Iā€™ll try some heavier deads at the end of the week i think.

Chesticles and tris today on sobriety day 303. Looking forward to the end of this cut so I can prime/maintain for a month and go for a strict clean bulk. Have a great day everyone.

Pulled a 405 deadlift today, the lift was smoothā€¦ just kept adding 50 testing for pain. Felt a little pull at 405 so called it a day.
