I wanna guess. I think the inner squats things are sumo squats and the last one V-ups, tricep extension maybe for the laying one. I have no clue on the back bendy one :joy:

Looked up the back bendy one and it’s called ‘camel pose’, I never remember those pose names (as seen above lol) or a lot of the workout names usually its my one weakness

I made every excuse to not go run today. I was even starting to debate on rescheduling for Saturday. I could go through all the excuses the world and my brain came up with but I won’t. I’ll just bask in this feeling of achievement

Another day of success! A.m. cardio and then 35 mins nighttime weights/ resistance/ yoga

The list is shorter but I returned to doing 3 full sets and added weight for the first time in forever so I can definitely say I felt it for sure

Did a 40 min run on my elliptical tonight and finally got over the 700 calorie burned threshold again for the first time in ages!! I’ve felt so good about that all night

Ran for 30 mins, was a great run that improved my quickly declining mood a lot and decided for mental health reasons I’m calling it good and watching some anime, steven universe or adventure Time for an hour now. I really need to exercise my interests for a change lol
I’ll do a run AND more butt busting weights tmw night and get it again

Got a really good, mostly pain-free shoulder workout in today. PT did my shoulder wonders all in all. I still have 2 tears in my rotator cuff and arthritis in my ac joint but i can overhead press again (just not super heavy). Work with what ya got :wink:

As stated last night, so delivered: cardio 35 mins and solid 20 of freeweights

Yees I love this consistency game I’m getting back into, but with the right headspace this time around

Another one down, feels good to get gains on reps and weights again!
In other news, I made the critical error of jogging in my converses on the gotdang pavement and my slowly creeping knee pain was just thriving.
Lesson learned for sure.
Next time my nikes and knee braces are a necessary part of the outfit. I loved the outdoor run but as an hour passed I felt the regret setting in lol.
Went with upper body weights and body resistance without squats for the evening just for safety

I’m just so happy! I am under 110kg(ca 242lb). At the moment I weigh 108kg (238lb). This week I also go to training every day because from next week I am unfortunately sick for at least 4 weeks because of a planned operation.

Personally I’m not a fan of Nike for running. I’ve been around with running shoe brands and I’ve found ASICS are the best for me. At one point I went to a running store to be fitted and they put me in brooks. The brooks hurt my knee so bad. I’m on my second pair of ASICS and no knee pain yet.

Way to go with your consistency!! You are doing amazing

Thanks so much for the info I’m definitely gonna look for a pair of those then! I want to preserve the integrity of my knees for as long as I can lol.
Also thanks! I am trying to make sure I’m doing the thing even if I don’t feel like it and it’s been really helpful for learning about consistency and all that

Asics or saucony are the best shoes you can get for running as far as i know… of course i don’t actually ever run anymore lol
