Thank you🙂. A little over 3 years ago I was drinking and driving on my way into work at 4 a.m. This life style is much easier! You are very right, we are lucky for sure. I’m glad to be on this journey with you.

I’ve started fitness training today, after around 7 years of alcohol and food abuse. I got to know that I’m obese for sure and my biological age lies 15 years above my regular age. :grinning:

I guess I should start doing sports on a regular base again. :thinking: :wink:

Just finished up my 250th workout with my virtual people. Restarted back with them sometime in 2020. Not to shabby since I was out most of last year with my shoulder surgery.

Nice, brisk Parkrun this morning. And yes, I did run the full 5k/3.1 miles dressed as Michael Jackson!

Brought a lot of smiles & laughs which is what it’s truly all about. Had a great time!
