Going to increase to 2x/week now, getting stronger
I’ve been off track with my rowing for a while. I’ll have to ease myself back into it 50 is a few years away and I want to maintain my health! Kiddo cheered me on in the basement
What distances and training programs do you use on your rowing machine? I’m still trying to find something for my self.
Not a sporty selfie but I think world is giving me signs that I should hit the gym.

I actually don’t use any training programs. I usually just set to manual mode (“Just Row”) on my Concept2 rowing machine.
