I’ve been off track with my rowing for a while. I’ll have to ease myself back into it :sweat_smile: 50 is a few years away and I want to maintain my health! Kiddo cheered me on in the basement :laughing:

What distances and training programs do you use on your rowing machine? I’m still trying to find something for my self.

I actually don’t use any training programs. I usually just set to manual mode (“Just Row”) on my Concept2 rowing machine.
