Had a nice chilled evening last night, no alcohol

Had a hard time sleeping the previous night before so not much sleep. Got up, went to the university library and spent a few hours studying. Finished some exercises, messaged my professor about some problem and prepared to go to work. Message from manager: You can’t go to work. Bomb threat. Entire office complex evacuated. Sweet, a night shift off with pay. Had a chilled evening. No alcohol. Made chicken thighs in sweet chili sauce, mushrooms, peas, and wholemeal rice, apple juice to drink and a plain greek yogurt. Dog tired so watched some TV and went to bed early.

1 hour sleep.

I can’t cope with not enough sleep.
I use the Balance app, it has meditation and music, actually find it really good for helping with sleep.
