Been sober 77 days but last night had a nightmare that I relapsed. I have 0 inclination towards drinking now but that dream scared the 
outta me. Has anyone else experienced this? It really messed with me!

I had them all the time in the first year… very common. Remember the feeling of dread to fuel your soberiety

Congratulations on ur 77 days!! I had them alot in the first year and a half of recovery. Sonetimes a few times a week. They can be very unsettling and seem sooo real. Not sure why they happen. I find that they are worse when im stressed out during the day. Thankfully they are just dreams. Glad ur still strong on ur path of sobriety

Thank you! Yeah it just caught me off guard because I haven’t drank and in so long and I have no intentions on doing it again so it really jarred me.
