Its all coming back to me now… Lol. The hobbies. The things we found happiness in before the heavy drinking. Seems like Im creative in ways I had forgotten about.

35 days sober. My Dad has been in rehab for 24 hours now. Thoughts are all over the place. I want to call him… But not sure what to say.

If it were me, I’d wait until at least day 4. Let him cope right now.
But you know your father, and do what you feel necessary.
