I just found out about this disorder last week & im honestly blown away like ive done methadone withdrawal 3 times & the longest i was dopesick was 22 days solid & i thought that was long but its nothing compared to Akathisia withdrawal OMG!
Do you mean this? Do you know what caused it? Have you spoken to your doctor?
I had akathisia caused by meds a few years back and it was probably the worst thing I ever suffered, akin to torture. It eventually fizzled out when I stopped taking those meds. But you should really talk to your prescriber before stopping any meds.

Yes, thats exactly what i mean & i dont take benzos thank God. My struggle is with opiates.
