it’s absolutely insane and sane like I don’t even recognize that version of me I also know how hard I was struggling so that version of me just needed love for herself :face_holding_back_tears:

True words there. I have also found self love to be incredibly healing in every aspect of my life. Self love (and its sister, self respect) remain cornerstones of my sobriety.

certainly self respect I respect my body and mind more now than ever,it also took starting therapy to really start putting this together

Therapy always helps me as well. I need to find a new therapist. I have one close to home, but she talks more than I do sometimes. :woman_shrugging:

well I hope you find a therapist that jams with you,heck it took me a few before I found a therapist I truly like talking out my struggles with and my triumphs!
