I’m so tired of feeling bloated, unhealthy and helpless. I want to start something new tomorrow. I didn’t smoke my several nightly cigarettes tonight. I want to have no chemicals in my body overnight and wake up clean. I want to feel control instead of anxiety. Something needs to happen and right now.

What if you start a healthy eating plan? Start a cleanse. There are tons if stuff online you can do. Different challenges

That’s exactly what I need. How do I reply to a specific person on here? I feel so sluggish. I’m going out to get nourishing foods. I didn’t smoke my bedtime cigarettes or my morning one this morning. Idw that feeling of defeat that goes along with that.
