Things have not changed much since I stopped drinking - going to rhe gym, hiking, long walks wirh my wife. It is just everything seems to be better and healther sober

Exercise, read, go long walks by a lake

Logging lots of miles walking - even signed up for two 100km events in the autumn. Reading a lot more. Daily yoga with an app on my phone so I can squeeze it in any time.
