The disaster that I have made for myself during my using was not manageable.
I’m totally baffled. But that’s the past and the I don’t want to go back there.

I’m trying to not count the days and keep it in the moment but today is a little over 3 days
My energy is finally back
The last time I picked up… Man I never want to feel like that again. Super ironic something people abuse to feel good can make me feel so low
