then it was reintroduced to me by my sons father and I’ve been on it since. I lef this 5 years ago and am.still using. Weird thing is my girlfriend who I am currently wih has no idea. I am not high around her.
I do have sober friends
Yeah im just having trouble now… but almost my first 24hrs down

Hello and welcome new friend:) Learning to overcome your demons and face the true reality is terrifying. I totally understand how you feel. I am 11 days sober, so I am new here as well. I find this community of friends really empowering. All of us here know the struggles and we are here to support and encourage one another. I am sure grateful to have found this forum. There’s always someone around here checking in or willing to help. I was a “Newbie”
Jan 2 this year. I was so ready for a change. And I was scared shitless. I found out the other day in here that I think I was afraid of sobriety. Not necessarily afraid of not being able to drink. Well that’s stuck in my mind now.
