Going through another craving. And I’m out a my boyfriend’s gig. Drinking tonic and lime, my substitute for a gin n tonic. Just finished a gingerbeer and line, my substitute for a mule. Lol the anxiety is actually radiating through my body. Uggg.

Way to go! 3 days is a big accomplishment. Just remember how much better you’ll feel tomorrow for not drinking tonight. You’ve got this!

You will be. And you know it is worth it. The cravings are rough in the beginning. Mine are just now starting to settle down. Ice cream, gardening, lots of walking, Epsom salt baths, and having lots of non-alcoholic drink options in the house helped me. You can do this!
